Aron’s Ex-Wife Reveals More Details About Him: MyFoxNY.com
Levi Aron, who has reportedly confessed to kidnapping 8-year old Leibby Kletzky on Monday, has investigators at his Brooklyn home gathering more evidence.
While Aron is undergoing a psychiatric evaluation at Bellevue Hospital, his ex-wife is revealing some details on his background
His ex-wife Debbie Kivel says, “I’m more upset about that little boy and I can’t believe Levi could do anything like that.”
Kivel and Aron were married in 2006 in Memphis and divorced a year later. It was in 2007 when she filed a restraining order against him.
Kivel says that Aron moved to Arkansas in 2008 where records show he lived in Little Rock. According to reports, detectives are checking to see if Aron had ties to any missing children cases in Memphis, but Kivel says they should be looking in Arkansas.
Kivel says while in Arkansas, Aron was engaged to a woman but they broke up after the two had an argument about their religious beliefs.
Both Kivel and Aron’s fiancée in Arkansas had children from prior relationships.
Kivel says there was never any sign of the accusations Aron faces now.
"I never heard from anyone in the community (Little Rock) that there were any problems with him and that kid.”
Police say after kidnapping Kletzky, he panicked after he realized there was a intensive search for the boy and suffocated the child.
The attorney's for Aron have said the 35-year old suspect hears voices and hallucinates.
Aron has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him and has been placed on suicide watch while in police custody
Playing the "I hear voices" card, how pathetic. Around 2.5 million Americans suffer from psychotic illness. They don't take children, kill and dismember them. Man up and take what's coming to you.
