NEW YORK - NYPD is looking for a man who has been robbing people at gunpoint on the subway. All of the robberies have happened in the daytime.
The first incident occurred on Aug. 1 on a Queens-bound A train. Police say the suspect went up to a 21-year-old man, showed a gun and robbed him. The suspect got off of the train at the 80 Street station in Ozone Park.
The second occurred at 10:27 a.m. on Aug. 15 on a Brooklyn-bound A train. In this robbery, the man showed his gun to a 27-year-old woman as he robbed her. He also got off of the train at the 80 Street station after the robbery.
The latest attack was at 8:17 a.m. on Sunday on a Queens-bound A train. The suspect approached a 19-year-old woman at gunpoint and demanded her property. The victim complied, and the suspect got off of the train at the Shepherd Avenue station in East New York.
