Linda Evangelista & billionaire ex-boyfriend reach agreement on child support out of court

Linda Evangelista  she get the $46,000 a month

The billionaire baby daddy of supermodel Linda Evangelista’s son told her to “call me in the morning” after they reached an agreement Monday on how much child support he will be paying her.

Francois-Henri Pinault was overheard relating that request to his one-time girlfriend as they parted by the elevator bank at Manhattan Family Court.

It came after the French mogul and the famous face ended their embarrassing court battle during a meeting — attended by just the two of them — behind closed doors.

“Everybody’s glad for the sake of the child that it’s done,” Pinault’s lawyer, David Aronson, said afterward.

Then Aronson turned to Evangelista’s lawyer and asked, “Would you agree with that?”

William Beslow nodded in agreement.

The juicy details will be divulged to the court on Tuesday, but neither of the once-warring sides is likely to disclose publicly how much Pinault will be paying Evangelista.

Evangelista had been pressing Pinault to cough up

as much as $46,000 a month for their 5-year-old son, Augustin.

That’s chump change to Pinault,

who presides over a fashion empire that includes Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent and Bottega Veneta, is heir to an $11.5 billion family estate, and is married to voluptuous Hollywood star Salma Hayek.

But Evangelista, who is said to be worth $8 million herself, was also demanding armed bodyguards and around-the-clock nannies for her little Augie.

Evangelista also wanted a pad on par with the $12 million California mansion Pinault put in a trust for little Valentina, his 4-year-old daughter by Hayek.

Augie is the fruit of a four-month affair Pinault had with Evangelista before he married Hayek. The unexpected detente between Pinault and Evangelista came after two days of testimony that bruised both their reputations.

Team Evangelista got in the first lick, accusing Pinault of tell her to have an abortion after she told him she was pregnant.

Pinault’s people hotly denied the charge and he suggested on the stand that Evangelista might have “taken steps” to become pregnant.

This, said Aronson, is “a classic case of someone trying to bootstrap herself into disguised alimony.”

But Beslow wasn’t through with Pinault. He got the 49-year-old Frenchman to admit he spent $100,000 on a fancy watch for himself in 2010 but couldn't remember what he spent on the “piano thing” he bought Augie for Christmas.

Pinault also couldn't recall what he bought his son for his fourth birthday.

In the midst of his grilling, Pinault also divulged what had been up till now a family secret — that Hayek was haunted during her difficult pregnancy by fears that Valentina might be born with Down syndrome.

Valentina was born syndrome-free and healthy in September 2007 — almost a year after Augie.

When Evangelista got on the stand, the 46-year-old stunner who has graced more than 600 magazine covers during her modeling career, had to make the humiliating admission that there is “not a lot of demand” for her catwalk services anymore.

“I won’t do it unless I’m paid in the area of $100,000,” she told the court.
