NYPD Ask For Help In Solving Williamsburg Shooting Case

NYPD released photos of seven men they want to question in connection with a Williamsburg shooting that put a 10-year-old Norwegian tourist in the hospital.

The men’s images were captured on video inside a convenience store around the time of the shooting, which happened at 11 p.m., April 2. Police believe the gunfire erupted over a dispute inside a nearby deli.

A stray bullet hit Josef Partapuoli, who was visiting his father Sinnsert Nielsen. Luckily, the bullet just grazed the child’s stomach and he was treated for a flesh wound.

Cops found two 9mm shell casings and two ammunition cartridges near the shooting.

Images of several young men (seen here) inside the deli were released today.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto Crime Stoppers’ website at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com or by texting their tips to CRIMES (274637), then enter TIP577. All calls are strictly confidential.
