2 Critically Injured In Manhattan High-Rise Fire


NEW YORK - Firefighters are battling a three-alarm fire on the West Side of Manhattan.

The fire broke out at 11 a.m. at 500 West 43rd Street.

The FDNY says it does expect injuries. Over 100 firefighters and 25 pieces of fire apparatus are on the scene.

Drivers are being advised to avoid the area, as streets have been blocked off.
