Rose McGowan is officially off the market. The former
"Charmed" star tied the knot with her artist beau Davey Detail in an
intimate outdoor ceremony at the Paramour Mansion in Silverlake on Saturday,
October 12, her representative confirms to Us Weekly.
The groom suited up in a dark tuxedo, while the bride wore a
Monique Lhuillier strapless white dress complete with a veil. She pulled up her
hair in a bun and finished her look with Neil Lane earrings and bracelet. She
carried a bouquet of pink flowers down the aisle.
The couple was married by a rabbi in a lawn under a chuppah.
Sixty guests of immediate family members and closest friend were in attendance
to witness their union. After the ceremony, they were escorted to a cocktail
area in the courtyard by the pool, where a New Orleans swing band was on hand
to play the music.
The newlyweds are expected to jet off to Tahiti for
honeymoon, as the "Rosewood Lane" actress once hinted in an interview,
"I've never been [to Tahiti]. I've always dreamed of having one of those
little huts over the water."
This is the actress' first marriage. "Hell to the yeah!
I'm a Mrs.! What?!AWESOME! Love to you all!!!!!" the 40-year-old movie
starlet tweeted on Sunday. She was previously engaged to rocker Marilyn Manson
and then to "Machete Kills" director Robert Rodriguez.
McGowen and Details announced their engagement in July after
more than a year of dating. "He's magic. He's made me a better woman. And I've
made him a better man!" she gushed of her soon-to-be husband when
attending "Mademoiselle C" premiere in New York recently.
The wedding came just a few weeks after McGowen nearly lost
her house in a fire. She was away when it happened, and thankfully nobody was
injured. "Back in the house. It smells like burnt metal and my eyes are
burning. grateful. Goodnight, moon. X," she tweeted.
