Investigators have
identified a total of four NYPD cops who were among the bikers riding the day
of the vicious beatdown of an SUV driver alongside the West Side Highway, top
cop Ray Kelly said at a press conference Wednesday.
“At this time, we think we have identified all the officers
who may have ridden on that day,” Kelly said.
Of those four, only Detective Wojciech Braszczok, who was
caught on video smashing a rear window of Alexian Lien’s Range Rover, has been
arrested.
Internal Affairs cop Matthew Rodriguez, 28, met with
prosecutors Tuesday but he was “nowhere near the scene” of the assault, his
lawyer said.
