Whitney Houston drowned accidentally in the bathtub.
The report, released Wednesday, also said Houston was found face down in her Beverly Hilton bathtub Feb. 11.
"I collected ...a spoon with a white crystal-like substance in it, a rolled up piece of white paper from off the top of a counter along the east wall in the bathroom," an investigator wrote in the report.
"I also collected remnants of a white powdery substance from out of a drawer and from the bottom of a mirror in the same drawer in the bathroom counter," the investigator said.
Los Angeles County Coroner officials previously revealed Houston, 48, had enough cocaine in her system to contribute to her accidental drowning.
The report noted Houston’s history of substance abuse due to “perforation of posterior nasal septum” and said that the tub where Houston was found dead contained “extremely hot water.”
The water temperature was 93.5 degrees more than five hours after her death, the report said.
Whitney had scars from breast implants and died wearing a brown wig "tightly attached to the hair."
The full report said the Grammy-winning singer had a "bloody purge coming from her nose" after she was removed from the bathtub by her assistant and a bodyguard.
