Supermodel says experience 'made me uncomfortable and left no doubt about her sexual preference'
Tampering with a swimsuit model is strictly prohibited – if that model is Bar Refaeli.
The blond bombshell, who previously dated actor Leonardo DiCaprio, was at an unspecified airport going through security when she received a security inspection she considered a little too close for comfort.
"I got a security 'patdown' by a woman at the airport that made me feel very uncomfortable and left no doubt about her sexual preferences," Refaeli tweeted to her 172,000 followers Tuesday.
Refaeli didn’t say whether she was at London’s busy Heathrow airport, but she spent the better part of the week exploring the British capital, snapping photos atop the London Eye and even a silly self-portrait with her face altered with an iPhone app.
"This is way too funny to pass on posting it," she wrote of the smushed-nose snapshot. "I may regret it..."
Refaeli, 26, is no stranger to air travel turbulence.
In 2009, the year she graced the cover of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue, her curves packed into a teeny-weeny bikini were painted on the fuselage of a Southwest Airlines jet.
Some customers fumed over an image they considered too racy for a family airline.
Meanwhile, Refaeli isn’t the first smoking hot celebrity to land an airport security gripe on Twitter.
Last year, “Dancing with the Stars” stunner Cheryl Burke claimed a TSA agent got extremely hands-on around her crotch.
