Jerusalem - Authorities are investigating an incident at Skver Mikva 28-year-old Yungerman R”L drowned in the Skverer mikva in the Makor Baruch neighborhood of Yerushalayim on Friday morning, erev Shabbos Chayei Sarah.
The fatal drowning occurred in the mikva located on Bar Giora Street.
MDA responded to the scene, and the victim was found on the ground next to the mikva. CPR was implemented and after the victim’s condition stabilized, he was transported to Bikur Cholim Hospital in post cardiac arrest condition but died shortly after his arrival.
