The opinion clearly states that Tendler's motion for summary judgement is denied, ..... the non jury trial is just to assess damages for the approx 40 days that KNH fired the sex-crazed lunatic before actually getting the psak.... he probly will get 10,000.00 ..... he wanted millions and the building back...he lost
