NYPD Employee Arrested For Allegedly Flashing Young Girl

NEW YORK – Police say a suspect who was wanted for flashing a young girl in Manhattan has been arrested.

Police say 41-year-old Andrew McFall was arrested Friday in front of his home in Bronx on charges of public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child.

Back on Dec. 20, 2011, investigators say followed an 11-year-old girl on West 120th Street, exposed himself and then fled. The girl was not injured.

The suspect was seen on surveillance video before and after the incident.

Officials say McFall is a city employee who works for the New York City Department of Youth and Community Development
