Authorities have arrested the son-in-law of the two people
killed from a package explosion in Lebanon Monday.
Richard Parker, 49, was charged with two counts of felony
first degree murder and a single count of premeditated murder on Thursday
afternoon, said TBI Director Mark Gwyn at a press conference.
Parker was taken
into custody at his home late Thursday afternoon.
Parker is accused of killing Jon and Marion Setzer, who both
died from Monday’s blast this week. Authorities said he lived behind the
family’s home on Vance Lane before the incident occurred.
This is a breaking news update.
