NYPD investigating cops over alleged nude cell phone photo peek

The NYPD is investigating whether precinct cops peered at nude cell-phone photos of woman while she was being questioned over her fiance’s alleged killing of a man outside a star-studded Chelsea hot spot, sources said today.

Tanya Vasquez, 29, has filed a gripe with the Civilian Complaint Review Board alleging that the creepy cops sneaked a peek at her steamy phone self-portraits while she was detained at the 10th Precinct in her boyfriend’s case, sources said.

Vasquez says she was brought to the station house as a witness after Christopher Adames, 23, was fatally stabbed — allegedly by her fiance, Manuel Pinero — outside the Juliet Supperclub on Sep. 26, according to the filing.

Vasquez said cops took her phone while she was in custody — and charges that when it was returned to her, one of the naked photos was open on it.

In addition to the CCRB complaint, the Police Department’s Internal Affairs Bureau is investigating the incident, authorities said.

Vazquez’s 41-year-old club-promoter beau had surrendered to the police Sep. 28 after cops put out a warrant on him for Adames’ slaying, authorities said.

Sources said Adames had gone with a pal to the West 21st Street club — where Miami Heat star LeBron James and several Giants players — and later got into a dispute outside with Pinero over a woman around 5 a.m.. Pinero slashed him several times in the chest, police said.

Authorities charged Pinero with murder, and he is currently being held on $500,000 cash bail or $1 million bond.
