Monsey - A litterbug has been scattering thousands of white fliers
onto front lawns, village streets and major intersections since Monday.
The
county of Ramapo is actively searching for the perpetrator. There is a severe
fine for littering in Ramapo and officials have filed a police report and
are taking this act very seriously.
There are tremendous costs involved with cleaning up such
fliers.
It has especially irked the officials being that this is the third time
such fliers have appeared in the streets.
