Elin Nordegren can do some damage with a golf club - and she’s also pretty handy with a wrecking ball.
Tiger Woods' ex-wife recently leveled her sprawling North Palm Beach, Fla., home in order to build her dream mansion, TMZ reports.
Nordegren bought the beachfront mansion in March after her $100 million divorce settlement from philandering golfer. Nordegren house hunted for a few months before settling on the Seminole Landing estate, which was built in 1932, and paid a little over $12 million for the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom spread.
And while pictures of the now-gone home’s exterior look fairly swank, apparently it wasn’t up to snuff. According to TMZ, the former Swedish model has hired a high-priced architect to design her new home and is requiring every worker to sign a confidentiality agreement. No word on if she’s overhauling the property’s guest house, tennis court, gym, diving pool and lap pool.
