FALLSBURG – Four Brooklyn men were charged with misdemeanor
reckless driving, failure to comply and several traffic infractions after a
motorcycle chase that started in Woodbourne and ended in Hurleyville wehre They
they were boxed in on CR 104.
Fallsburg Police, patrolling in Woodbourne early Sunday
morning, spotted four motorcycles driving erratically on Route 42. The bikes
took off passing cars on the right and headed up Route 52 toward Loch
Sheldrake. The operators traveled at
high speed, passing cars in no-passing zones.
Arrested were Yehuda Reichman, 18, Yitchok Avni, 20, Chaim
Steuer, 19, and a 17-year-old male, all from Brooklyn. They were processed and released on $250 cash
bail each. Their bikes were impounded.
