Amar'e Stoudemire of the NY Knicks teaches kids Hebrew words on Sesame Street

Basketball Player Amar'e Stoudemire

When Amar'e wasn't working out in Miami and hanging with Isiah he spent sometime with Cookie Monster, Bert and Ernie.

Over the summer, Amar'e used his time off to learn more about Jewish culture and stopped by Sesame Street to teach Shalom Sesame fans the Hebrew word "Tov", which means "good". Stoudemire explains how you can use "Tov" when saying "Good Morning" - Boker Tov, "Good Night" - Laila Tov and even "Congratulations!" - Mazel Tov!
