NYPD says armed robbery team terrorized Brooklyn businesses remains on the loose

An armed robbery team has been terrorizing Brooklyn businesses since June and is still on the loose, police said.

Surveillance video from the latest heist on Aug. 1 shows the two storming into the Interboro Auto Mall used car lot on Bushwick Ave. near Stewart St. in Bushwick at 5:05 p.m., cops said.

After one suspect pulls out a black revolver from his waistband, the other is seen putting on gloves before he starts rifling through desk drawers.

They then order people in the office to get on the ground, police said. The gloved suspect uses duct tape to tie up one of the victims before they flee with cash and cell phones, cops said.

The duo started their spree at the Sirius Car Approval Corp. on Utica Ave. near Ave. K in Flatlands at 6:20 p.m. on June 20, police said, where they made off with a 2003 Cadillac Escalade.

The robbers took cell phones and loot from another stick-up on July 11 when they targeted the MB Vineyards liquor store on Nostrand Ave. near Ave. J in Flatbush around 9:15 p.m., police said.

No one was injured in any of the incidents, officials said.

The perps are described as black males in their 20s with short black hair. One is about 5-feet-8 and 200 lbs. and the other is around 6-feet-1 and 160 lbs., according to cops.
