WHEATLEY HEIGHTS, N.Y.  — Is this going to be number 65?

Stefan Giokas, of Smithtown, was arrested around 10:45 p.m. Thursday while driving on Clearview Drive in Wheatley Heights.

The 30-year-old has had his license revoked 64 times, police said.

Giokas has been charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving while ability impaired by drugs and possession of a controlled substance.

Authorities said Giokas was high on Adderall and that he did not have a prescription for the drug.

He was arraigned Friday, with bond set at $30,000.

The prosecutor said Giokas was under probation from a previous suspension, a probation which lasts through 2015.

The prosecutor also said Giokas did not have permission to drive the car he was operating when arrested last night.
