Woman Accused Of Running Prostitution With High Schoolers

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - Authorities say a woman operated a prostitution ring that included two Atlantic City High School students.

Alicia Stewart is charged with human trafficking and promoting prostitution.

Atlantic County Sheriff Frank Balles told The Press of Atlantic City the two students in question are considered victims and will not be charged.

The sheriff declined to provide additional information because he says the investigation remains ongoing.

It's not clear whether Stewart has hired a lawyer.

The arrests were made by members of the South Jersey Regional Innocence Lost task Force. It was formed after the FBI approached officials last year to start a task force to protect underage prostitution victims.
