Monsey men charged with kidnapping

WESLEY HILLS — Two Monsey men have been charged with felony unlawful imprisonment after being accused of forcefully pulling another man into a car and assaulting him, police said.

Samuel Fisher, 20, and Eliezer Dadia, 19, both of Monsey, are also charged with second-degree menacing and third-degree assault, police said.

About 1:30 p.m. Friday, Ramapo police responded to a report of a man being beaten and forced into a car in the village of Wesley Hills.

Police investigation revealed Fisher and Dadia were in dispute with Romello Deloatch, and the two men pulled Deloatch into the car they were in.

Deloatch told police that while in the car, he was punched and bitten several times resulting in lacerations, bruising and swelling to his face and back.

Fisher and Dadia were held for arraignment at Ramapo police.
