An eight-day-old boy was admitted to Hadassah Mount Scopus
Hospital in Jerusalem, Thursday, with heavy bleeding following ritual
circumcision (brit milah in Hebrew).
The family took the baby part of the way to the hospital and
transferred him to the Magen David Adom
Emeregency service, next to the Hizme Crossing at the entrance to northern Jerusalem. At last report, the baby's condition was described as stable.
