An indictment was filed in the Tel Aviv District Court,
Sunday, charging 29-year-old Elhanan Mamo of Bnei Brak, the son in law of Rabbi
Amnon Yitzhak, with shooting Mordechai Roth in Bnei Brak on October 2nd.
According to the indictment, Mamo also hit and kicked Roth.
The incident followed a loud confrontation between the two,
in which Mamo allegedly accused Roth of breaking into his apartment. The
intervention of others kept Mamo from hitting his target, according to the
indictment.
