A 23-year-old woman was found shot dead in a luxury Westchester
town house owned by a prominent Manhattan entertainment lawyer, police said.
The woman was discovered at around 4:30 p.m. Monday at the
West Main Street address and pronounced dead at the scene, according to
Tarrytown cops.
The victim did not live in the house and the shooting was
deemed suspicious, according to reports.
Cops said the incident was not yet ruled a homicide and that
suicide has not been ruled out, according to Patch.com. The website said
“several weapons” were found at the scene.
Public records show the $1.7 million digs are owned by
attorney Robert Gaulin.
Gaulin is the founder of the law firm Gaulin Group, which
handles licensing of literary titles such as Kurt Vonnegut’s “Slaughterhouse
Five” and Cornell Woolrich’s “Rear Window.”
He purchased the four-story townhouse in 2010, records show.
Gaulin did not return calls for comment.
