The soon-to-be baby mama of a city “American Idol”
contestant was charged with stalking yesterday for allegedly following the
aspiring rapper into a nail salon and repeatedly leaving him voice messages,
according to court papers.
According to court papers, Hagit Hamus, 34, stalked Jonathan
Jay Stone, 31, who raps with the duo Bagels ’n Box.
Hamus, pregnant with Stone’s baby, allegedly followed him
into the salon and watched him get a manicure. She also sent him ultrasound
pictures of their baby, the documents state.
“Why are you doing this to me? I am having your child,”
Hamus allegedly said on a voice message.
“You need to care
about our child. Please, please, please stop making my life miserable.”
The two met at a Kips Bay deli in January. They had sex at
Stone’s nearby luxury loft a month later and broke up the day after Valentine’s
Day, Stone says in court papers.
A month later, Hamus learned she was pregnant.
Stone was arrested last month for allegedly violating a
protection order and calling Hamus a “f--king skank” at a Flatiron taco joint.
The Jewish rapper, who often performs at bar mitzvahs, also
filed $1.5 million libel lawsuit against Hamus in May for calling him a Nazi
via YouTube.
The couple is also battling in Family Court over the custody
of their unborn child.
