At a press conference on Thirteenth Avenue and Forty Eighth
Street Across the Avenue of his district office Assemblyman Dov Hikind threw
his support behind District attorney candidate Ken Thompson who’s running for
Kings County District Attorney a position currently held by DA Charles (Joe)
Hynes. Hikind has previously slammed Hynes on his radio show for running a
misleading campaign against Thompson.
“I’m proud to endorse Ken Thompson because he is the best
candidate for the Jewish community & all people of Bklyn to be our next DA”
Hikind said during the endorsement, and added ”Its time for a change…I have no
doubt that he will be an outstanding DA”
