WATCH: UK cops gun down suspects after brutal London attack in witness videos

In two videos released this morning, police in the UK are seen taking down the two terror suspects moments after heavily armed cops arrived on the scene.

The two accused terrorists are seen in the first video, obtained by The Mirror, calmly walking around on the sidewalk after they set the body of beheaded British soldier Lee Rigby, 25, in the middle of the street.

A little while later a police BMW X5 SUV screeches to a stop nearby and the fiendish pair quickly splits up to attack them.

Wearing a dark-colored jacket, knife-wielding Michael Adebolajo, 28, charges directly at the police and is about to reach the driver's door when an officer in the backseat opens fire with an MP5 machine gun.

As two shots ring out, Adebolajo is seen flying to the ground while 22-year-old Michael Oluwatobi Adebowale, wearing a brown trench coat, moves down the nearby sidewalk aiming a revolver at police.

The three police officers in the SUV quickly get out of their vehicle but seem not to notice Adebowale's gun as they check on Adebolajo.

Moving under an overhanging tree, another four shots ring out in quick succession as Adebowale is hit.

A total of nine shots can be heard on the two videos before the pair are seen lying on the ground.

People nearby are heard screaming as they flee from the gunfire.

In the second video, Adebowale is seen lying on his back with his thumb blown off.

Around him is an arsenal of weapons, including a knife and the revolver. A brave cop checks his vital signs while another kneels beside him giving him first aid.

As the two officers work on Adebowale, another officer is seen in the background checking Adebolajo who is seen face down on the pavement, motionless.

Adebolajo was identified after a Muslim cleric saw him on cellphone video carrying a bloody meat cleaver.

"The police opened fire, they had no choice," said the man who took the second video, Zac-Samanachi Qadir, 35.

“The guy in the brown coat had the revolver. His thumb was hanging off his hand. It could be his gun had backfired.”
