NYPD: Stephen Baldwin was Arrested in Harlem

Actor Stephen Baldwin was arrested in Harlem yesterday for making an illegal U-turn and driving without a license, police said.

"The Usual Suspects" star was behind the wheel of his 2000 Lexus SUV on W. 125th St. when he was spotted making the illegal turn between 7th and Lenox, cops said.

When police pulled him over questioned him shortly after 5 p.m., they discovered that he was driving with a suspended license, authorities said. It's not known why his license was suspended.

He was taken to the 28th Precinct station house, where he was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and making an illegal U-turn and given a desk appearance ticket. He's due to appear in court on Oct. 1.

A rep for Baldwin, 46, did not immediately return a call for comment.

The "Bio-Dome" star is probably best-known for his role as McManus in "The Usual Suspects," where he teams up with some fellow criminals he meets in a police holding cell.
