Man Wanted in Borough Park yeshiva break-in

BROOKLYN - Police are searching for a man who broke into a yeshiva in Borough Park during Shabbat, the day of rest.

According to officials, the suspect was seen attempting to cover up one surveillance camera as he broke into Bais Esther School, an all-girls private Jewish institution. They say another camera caught him ripping open a basement window screen.

Cops say the man spent nearly an hour inside the school. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
