Madonna Badger whose kids died in Christmas Day Stamford fire to sue city

The Manhattan ad exec whose three daughters were killed in a tragic Christmas Day fire plans to sue the city of Stamford.

Madonna Badger has filed a notice of intent to sue the city, officials confirmed today.

Frank Corso, the Massachusetts attorney who will be representing Badger in the case, declined to comment, according to the Stamford Advocate.

No further details of the case were released.

Badger’s parents and her three daughters — 9-year-old Lily and 7-year-old twins Sarah and Grace — were killed on Dec. 25 when a raging fire tore through their 116-year-old, three-story home.

Her ex-husband, Matthew Badger, filed his intent to sue Stamford last February, accusing the city of allowing the house to become a fire trap by failing to properly oversee its construction and then intentionally destroying evidence when officials ordered the home demolished a day after the fatal inferno.

His lawyer has previously said that Badger is also considering a lawsuit against Michael Borcina, the contractor who was working on the house — and dating Madonna Badger.
