Etan Patz case: FBI Discover Suspicious Stain

FBI agents and NYPD members work at demolition search site in basement of Prince St. building as Stan Patz (below), father of Etan Patz, observes scene.

Manhattan, NY - The FBI and NYPD are tight-lipped on anything they may have found in the SoHo building suspected of hiding the remains of Etan Patz.

But there are reports this morning that there could be a new clue.

On Saturday, investigators discovered what they described as a suspicious stain on a concrete wall while tearing apart the basement, according to CNN.

They discovered the stain by spraying Luminol, a chemical which can indicate the presence of blood, but that is not always conclusive.
