Demi Moore released from the hospital

Stressed-out superstar Demi Moore has reportedly left the hospital where she sought emergency treatment following a seizure-like crisis at home.

According to E! News, the “Margin Call” actress is no longer being treated at Sherman Oaks Hospital.

It’s unclear if Moore is returning to her multimillion-dollar mansion in the hills above Bel Air or moving to another treatment facility. Her rep declined to comment.

Paramedics rushed to Moore’s house at 10:49 p.m. Monday and loaded her in an ambulance after spending a half hour at the love-nest she shared with Ashton Kutcher before their painful November split, sources told the Daily News.

TMZ.com reported Moore was shaking and semi-unconscious after taking a hit of nitrous oxide in the form of a whip-it.

The actress, 49, had been hosting a birthday party for friend Heather Perry and was acting “pretty hyper” all night, unnamed sources told E!

It was just a party for a few girlfriends, not a big rager," one of the sources said. "No guys. Just girls.”

Following dessert, the affair reportedly wound down around 10 p.m. All the women began to leave, but one stayed behind and later called 911, E! reported.

Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health,” Moore's rep said in a statement Tuesday.

The newly-single mother of three has a history of substance abuse, having sought treatment in the mid-‘80s.

Moore has appeared shockingly thin in recent red carpet appearance and recently told Harper’s Bazaar she fears she’s unlovable.

People.com reports that a battle with prescription drug use was among the reasons her marriage to Kutcher, 33, collapsed.

Demi was scary skinny, everyone talks about that," a friend who socialized with Moore recently told The News. "She was jumpy, jumpy, jumpy. I didn't know what it meant."

The source said even before their divorce announcement, Moore and Kutcher acted strangely in public. At one party last summer, they ignored each other entirely, the source said.
