Casey Anthony surfaces in Ohio, will fight probation
Casey Anthony's whereabouts were finally revealed today as pictures surfaced of her shopping in Ohio.
Anthony, who has been keeping a low profile since her acquittal on murder charges last month, wore an Ohio State University baseball cap, a tight-fitting top and glasses as she walked around town, TMZ reported.
The 25 year old blended in with other shoppers as she looked at dresses and accessories in a local Old Navy store on Sunday.
Anthony has several relatives who live in Ohio but it is not known if she has spent time with any of them.
She has been moving around the country ever since she was acquitted of murdering her two-year-old daughter Caylee, and will reportedly seek treatment for mental issues, according to TMZ sources.
Anthony's attorneys have challenged a judge's ruling that will force her to return to Orlando, Fla., to face one year of supervised probation in a check fraud case, arguing that the order would put her in danger, the Orlando Sentinel reported.
Defense attorney Cheney Mason filed an emergency motion at the Orange County Courthouse late Tuesday for a hearing "to quash, vacate and set aside" Judge Stan Strickland's recent amended order regarding Anthony's probation, accusing the judge of "unbridled prejudice" due to statements he made following Anthony's acquittal.
The motion said Anthony has received several threats to her life.
Court administration spokeswoman Karen Levey said Tuesday that no hearing on the probation matter has yet
