Things kosher in SoHo

Lindsay Lohan and her pals will have a new place to hang after Kaballah class.

Two young financiers have just signed a lease at 323 West Broadway to open a "hip, young" kosher restaurant in SoHo.

London-born Harry Stimler, of the private equity firm Phoenix SWF Fund, and his partner Menachem Senderowicz, a partner with Gardiner Ebers, just signed a lease for about 4000 square feet over two floors.

"It's a novel concept," a source said. "Usually, Kosher restaurants are boring, with mediocre food and decor. We want to do something different -- fun, hip, young and dynamic -- to attract an audience that had no interest in kosher food before."

The Equinox Fitness clubs are hungrily gobbling up new businesses faster than vegans can juice their greens. First there was a partnership with Keihl's. Next, the Pure Yoga start-up and current talks with the celebrity spin cult, Soul Cycle.

Now, we are the first to announce that Equinox is partnering with Juice Generation. By May, Juice Generation will have moved into a 1000-square-foot space in the Equinox at 97 Greenwich Avenue and it is slated to expand into two more Equinox locations in New York by Dec. 31.

The Bronx's famed Arthur Avenue is coming to Manhattan.

Robert Paciullo, the legendary owner of Roberto's and Trattoria Zero Otto Nove in the Bronx, is opening a second Trattoria Zero Otto Nove next month -- at 15 West 21st St. The 5500 square-foot space comes with a 5500 square-foot basement as well.

A second restaurant, 21 Grams, which will be Japanese-French and include a store that sells porcelain teapots, will open by the fall at 16 West 22nd Street, with 4500 square feet on the ground floor and a 4500 square-foot basement.

Broker Barbara Yagoda, a managing director at Newmark Knight Frank, represented the landlord, David Yagoda, who also happens to be her father.

Mazel Tov to Matzel Toff! Launched online in 2007, it's now in 60 stores in 14 states -- including Manhattan key spots like Zabar's, Dylan's Candy Bar and Dean & Deluca.
