An off-duty NYPD traffic enforcement agent was arrested on rape charges Monday, police said.
Chandick Jainarine, 54, raped a woman who already had an order of protection against him and threatened her life, authorities said.
The incident occurred about 11:45 p.m. Sunday in South Jamaica, Queens.
Jainarine was arrested about 8:30 p.m. Monday and suspended from his job, police said.
